RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN POLICY

We allow FREE returns within 3 business days if you meet the following conditions:
Products delivered are damaged or defective from the factory. The delivered products are not Used. The airway bill number and other unique identification numbers are not damaged or erased.

Misplaced, used, or damaged product booklets, sampling vials, or any other material sent to customers. After we examine that the products have not been used, altered, or damaged by the customer, we will issue free returns confirmation. If we discover that the product has been used or damaged by the client, Binaffan Perfume will not be liable for such damages, and no refund will be issued.

 

Please ensure that you inspect the products as soon as they are delivered after accepting them. If the product is damaged, immediately return it to the same courier person, showing him the damage, and request an exchange for the identical thing. Shajag Perfumes will then cross-check it and notify the customer of the exchange.

HOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCT

If you want to return the product, please phone +971-524856754 or email Shajag Perfumes@gmail.com and we will schedule a return for you. We will contact our courier company to arrange for the pickup. The product should be in its original condition, including any materials given to the buyer. Products intended for return must meet the above-mentioned return conditions to be eligible for returns. You will be assigned an Airway Bill number, which will be used to monitor your returns. if you require any additional support, please contact us at any time by phone or email.

EXCHANGE & REFUND

We do not offer product exchanges if the product is delivered in excellent condition and the product exchange and reason are not notified to Binaffan Perfume within 3 days of delivery.

The refund process can take up to ten business days, and in some situations up to fifteen working days, omitting Fridays, Saturdays, and UAE national holidays. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the mode of payment used at the time of purchase, i.e. cash on delivery or credit card. Depending on the originating bank and billing schedule, a credit will appear on your next statement. When we confirm receipt of the merchandise, the refund process will begin.

CANCELLATION

If you want to cancel your order, you may do so by signing into your account or by contacting us via email within 24 hours of purchasing. If a product is shipped from our location, it is not eligible for a refund. As previously stated, product exchange is not permitted, and if you want to amend or upgrade your order, you must do so from your account after canceling the initial transaction if the shipment process has not begun.


Please keep in mind that we do not have access to make such changes to the customer's account.
